While we do have pieces in stock, most of our pieces are made to order. Production time usually takes between 2 to 3 weeks. Production time on a few of our rings is 3 to 4 weeks. Please allow at least 3 weeks for your order to be shipped. Orders may be expedited on a case by case basis. If you would like your order expedited, please email info@blancamonrosgomez.com. All orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.

We use reclaimed gold exclusively on all our rings and bands as well. Our diamonds come from sources that are full participants in the Kimberley Process Certification System, and we use recycled diamonds where possible. Bands are available in 14k or 18k rose, yellow, and sometimes white gold.  Our white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Please contact info@blancamonrosgomez.com if you would like your ring rhodium plated. Necklaces, earring and bracelets are available in 14k yellow gold, with select pieces available in 14k rose gold. 

We use the United States standard ring size system. Our ring sizes start at size 4 and up size 7. Clients outside of the United States should click here to determine ring conversions. For other ring sizes not listed above, please email info@blancamonrosgomez.com

We offer ring consultations in our studio for customs bands and engagement rings Monday-Friday by appointment only. Please email info@blancamonrosgomez.com to book an appointment.

We occasionally take on select custom projects. At this time we are not able to make pieces with stones or other material provided by customers. Please email info@blancamonrosgomez.com to inquire further.

We will repair any Blanca Monros Gomez jewelry piece purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We stand behind the quality material and workmanship of our jewelry and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage. Depending on the nature of the job, there might be a fee involved in the repair or resizing as well as possible shipping expenses.
